Meet the Founder

I’m Kia Frazier-Williams, founder of KFW Learning Solutions.

With over a decade of experience in education, I’ve served as both a paraprofessional and a classroom teacher, supporting students across a wide range of learning levels and academic needs. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida A&M University with a concentration in Social Sciences and Humanities.

Many of the students I’ve worked with struggled with reading comprehension, writing, focus, and confidence — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked structured, intentional support. Those experiences shaped my approach to education and ultimately led me to create KFW Learning Solutions.

My work focuses heavily on literacy development, critical thinking, academic intervention, and helping students grow into confident, independent learners. I take a whole-child approach, recognizing that relationships, mindset, and confidence are all essential to meaningful academic success.

How We Support Students

We provide targeted academic support for students in grades K–8, focusing on literacy, critical thinking, and skill development.

Our services include:

  • Reading comprehension and writing instruction

  • Math support and foundational skill-building

  • 1:1 and small group tutoring.

We take a whole-child approach to learning, recognizing that academic success is closely tied to confidence, mindset, and relationships. Through structured instruction and intentional support, we help students build strong academic skills while also developing the confidence and independence needed to succeed.
